I did my operators ticket with Mark Baxter about 4 yrs ago. As an operator himself I found his manner of teaching easy to understand and learn. On my practical day I wasn't as good as Mark wanted me to be so he kept me back to make sure I understood what I needed to improve on to make sure I passed my test. I thought that was extremely professional as he could have easily said "she'll be right mate" and let me go home early.

These guys really know their stuff, both from the industry they teach of and excellent role models to anyone joining it. My time in their class was hands above better than any course I'd taken previously and if they give you the go ahead you really are ready to climb the tower. Warwick or Mark are not teachers but mentors in the highest regard and I would recommend anyone to take part in their training program.
And if you’re not up to the task, remember duck and weave because these boys ain’t pussycats.

Being in various industries for a while you end up with more training than you'd thought possible. However, Warwick somehow managed to make a two week course enjoyable whilst teaching along the way. Hands down the best training experience... Ever!
