Work Safely at Heights (WAH) - Day
1 day  - 7am to 3pm

Nationally Recognised Training

All nationally recognised training - when a learner is deemed competent at the completion of their training - will be issued with a Statement of Attainment in the Unit of Competency in which they have enrolled. RTO 45587 TCLM Pty Ltd.

Course Location

Campbelltown yard – 11 Watsford Rd NSW 2560 (5min walk from the station)

Bring your PPE – Hard hat, high vis vest/ workwear and safety boots. Bring your harness if you have one.
We have lunchroom facilities – microwave, fridge etc. There are cafés and restaurants nearby if you want to purchase lunch.
We provide tea, coffee, and water (bring your own water bottle).

We offer ongoing support to all of our students and are available to answer questions and provide guidance during your course and after. We don’t know all the answers but we know lots of people who do!

Course Duration

A One- day course which includes assessment.

Course Delivery

Face to Face in our Campbelltown yard. Our WAH platform is inside and undercover.
We can also provide training on - site at your premises. Contact us for requirements. 
All your training materials are provided. Bring your own safety harness if you have one.

$250 per person (GST free)
Credit card facility is provided by STRIPE and includes a 1.75 % fee.

Course Pre-requisites

A participant needs to be able to speak and understand English as well as provide 100 points of Identification. A significant fear of heights will be problematic.

Course Topics  
  • Licensing, legislative, regulatory and certification requirements that apply in NSW

  • Plan Work, Hazard Identification & Control Measures

  • Select & Inspect Equipment & Safety requirements

  • Prepare site & equipment

  • Techniques related to essential tasks such as the correct fitting of harnesses, the correct use of ladders, lanyards, and anchor straps.

Course Outcome 

A participant deemed competent at the completion of this course will be issued A Statement of Attainment (SOA) for fulfilling the requirements RIIWHS204E Work Safely at Heights, a unit in the RII Resources and Infrastructure Industry Training Package.

 

Your SOA will be sent to you within 30 days of completion by TCLM Pty Ltd Trading as Tower Crane Training, a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 45587). 

 

We will also issue you with a wallet sized SOA card.
